1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Next Level Card Show, operating as Next Level Events LV ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit nextlevelcardshows.com (the "Site"), apply to be a vendor, enter a giveaway or drawing, buy a ticket, contact us, or attend one of our events (each, an "Event").

This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Site or attending an Event, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Vendor applications

When you submit a vendor application through the Site, we collect:

business name and business logo
contact name, email address, and mobile number
website, Facebook, and Instagram links
which show you're applying for, table type, and number of tables
the merchandise categories you sell
any notes or requests you include
your Nevada Sales Tax Permit (SUN) number, if you have one
the IP address and date/time of the submission

Giveaway and drawing entries

When you enter a giveaway or drawing — online or in person at an Event — we collect your name, email address, phone number, and, for some drawings, your ZIP code and how you heard about us. We also record whether you opted in to marketing, whether the entry came from the Site or from a table at the show, the IP address of an online entry, and the date and time.

Tickets and payments

Tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms, and approved vendors are billed by invoice through a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account details. Those go directly to the ticketing or payment provider under their own privacy policies. We receive only confirmation of payment and basic order details.

Contacting us

If you email, call, or fill in a contact form, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Vendor Hub access

Approved vendors receive a private access link for event logistics. We store the token behind that link and basic access records so the right vendor reaches the right information.

Information collected automatically

Our web server and caching software record standard log data, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. See Section 6 for cookies.

At our Events

We photograph and film our Events. Your image, likeness, and voice may be captured and used for promotional purposes as described in our Terms of Service. We may also collect giveaway entries and vendor sign-ups in person at the show.

Information we do not collect through the Site

We do not ask for or store Social Security numbers on the Site. The Nevada Department of Taxation One-Time Event Tax Form that every vendor completes at an Event may require an SSN if you do not hold a Nevada SUN number. That form is a state tax document — it is collected on paper at the Admissions Desk and submitted to the Nevada Department of Taxation, not stored in our website database.

We also do not knowingly collect government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise geolocation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

review, approve, and administer vendor applications;
issue invoices, assign booths, and confirm table reservations;
send you logistics, load-in details, schedule changes, and other messages about an Event you're part of;
run giveaways and drawings, verify eligibility, select and notify winners, and award prizes;
respond to your questions and provide customer support;
send marketing emails or texts if you opted in, including announcements of upcoming shows;
operate, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing spam, fraud, and duplicate entries;
keep business records and comply with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations; and
enforce our Terms of Service and Vendor Handbook.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share personal information only as follows:

Service providers. Our web host, email delivery service, ticketing platform, and payment processor, each acting on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
Event venues. Where a venue requires an exhibitor list, badge details, or load-in credentials, we share the minimum information needed for access and security.
Government agencies. Nevada Department of Taxation one-time event tax forms are submitted as required by state law.
Prize winners. If you win a giveaway or drawing, we may announce your first name and last initial publicly, and we may need your full name and address to fulfill a prize or issue required tax paperwork.
Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate theft or fraud at an Event, or protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, with notice to you where required.

Your public vendor listing — business name, logo, what you sell, and any social or website links you provide — is published on our Site and event materials as part of the vendor roster. Do not include anything in those fields you don't want public.

5. Marketing Communications and Your Choices

We send two kinds of messages:

Transactional messages about your application, invoice, booth assignment, ticket, prize, or an Event you've registered for. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while your reservation or entry is active.
Marketing messages about upcoming shows and promotions, sent only if you opted in.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing message, or by replying STOP to a marketing text. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of buying a ticket, entering a giveaway, or being approved as a vendor.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses:

Essential cookies set by WordPress for logged-in accounts, form submissions, and security.
Performance cookies set by our caching software to serve pages faster.

We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral tracking on the Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Site, including forms.

7. Data Retention

Vendor applications and rosters — kept for the life of the vendor relationship and afterward as needed for accounting, tax, and legal records.
Giveaway and drawing entries — kept for the promotion and a reasonable period afterward to verify winners and handle disputes.
Marketing contacts — kept until you unsubscribe, then suppressed so we don't message you again.
Email delivery logs — automatically deleted after approximately 14 days.
Server and security logs — kept on a short rolling basis.

We delete or anonymize information when we no longer have a business or legal reason to keep it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls on our admin area and encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have an account with us, keep your password confidential and tell us right away at info@nextlevelcardshows.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Vendor applications, ticket purchases, and giveaway entries are limited to adults 18 and over. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Everyone. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Email info@nextlevelcardshows.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep information we're required to retain for tax or legal reasons.

Nevada residents. Under NRS 603A.340, Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you may still submit a request to info@nextlevelcardshows.com with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out."

California residents. If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email info@nextlevelcardshows.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. You may use an authorized agent, and we will verify the request before acting on it.

11. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site links to third parties, including ticketing platforms, payment processors, maps, and social media. Venue amenities such as Wi-Fi are provided by the venue, not by us. This Policy does not cover those services — review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

12. Do Not Track

Browsers may send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, and the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We also do not track you across other websites.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where required by law we'll give you additional notice.
