Security

  • Overnight security: The exhibit hall is secured overnight on Friday and Saturday. In addition, a Next Level Events representative remains on-site overnight. We understand the value of your merchandise, and this is one of the ways we protect our vendors and provide peace of mind throughout the event.

  • Next Level Events reserves the right to interpret and enforce all event policies and make reasonable decisions necessary to ensure a safe, organized, professional, and enjoyable event for everyone.

Booth Guidelines

Booth Setup

  • Booths must remain within the boundaries of your assigned space.
  • Vendor tables may not be moved or rearranged.
  • Additional tables, displays, or storage may extend behind your booth space only — never into aisles or walkways.
  • Displays, shelving, banners, showcases, and merchandise must remain within your assigned booth space and must not interfere with neighboring booths or obstruct aisles, walkways, or attendee traffic.
  • All booth setups must comply with venue and Fire Marshal requirements.

Booth Appearance

  • Booths should remain clean, organized, and professional throughout the event.
  • Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, boxes, packing materials, and personal property at the conclusion of the event.
  • Booth spaces must be left in the same clean condition in which they were received.
  • Please respect neighboring vendors when setting up displays or shelving. Cooperation between vendors is encouraged, provided all setups remain within Fire Marshal and venue requirements.

Merchandise

  • All merchandise categories must be approved by Next Level Events during registration.
  • Vendors may not significantly change their approved merchandise categories without prior approval.
  • Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited merchandise is strictly prohibited.
  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Nevada One-Time Event Tax

  • Every vendor is required to complete the Nevada Department of Taxation One-Time Event Tax Form for each event.
  • Vendors with a Nevada Sales Tax Permit should enter their SUN Number on the form.
  • Vendors without a Nevada SUN Number (including out-of-state vendors) should use their Social Security Number as instructed.
  • Out-of-state business licenses or sales tax permits do not replace Nevada's reporting requirements.
  • Completed forms must be submitted to the Event Management Team at the Admissions Desk before leaving the event.

Load-In & Load-Out

  • A detailed play-by-play of load-in procedures, schedules, directions, and logistics will be provided prior to the event (available in the Vendor Hub on our website).
  • If you need help locating the load-in area or have any questions about load-in, contact Pete directly at (702) 800-9982.
  • Please unload your vehicle promptly and move it as directed to keep the loading area accessible for all vendors.
  • Any issues, concerns, or disputes involving venue staff or fellow vendors must be brought directly to the Next Level Events team. Vendors are not to engage in disputes with venue staff or other vendors.
  • Please use care during load-in and load-out. Vendors are responsible for any damage they or their representatives cause to the venue or its property. Venue equipment, carts, and other property are not for vendor use unless expressly authorized.

Load-in and setup are where the excitement begins, and watching the room come together is one of the highlights of the weekend. Every vendor helps create the atmosphere that makes our event special — we appreciate your professionalism and look forward to a great show together.

Vendor Conduct

Mutual Respect

A successful event begins with mutual respect. We ask all vendors, attendees, venue staff, security personnel, and the Next Level Events team to treat one another with courtesy, professionalism, and respect throughout load-in, event hours, and load-out. If an issue arises, please notify the Next Level Events team so we can help resolve it promptly.

Next Level Events maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, intimidating, or disruptive behavior. Vendors who fail to conduct themselves professionally may be removed from the event without refund.

Music & Promotions

  • Music or amplified sound must be approved by Next Level Events prior to use.
  • Approved music must remain at a reasonable volume and may be discontinued if it becomes disruptive.
  • Flashing lights, strobe lights, carnival-style games, or similar promotional attractions are not permitted.
  • No selling or soliciting outside your assigned booth space.

Security & Theft

  • Vendors are responsible for securing their own merchandise and personal property throughout the event.
  • Theft or attempted theft of merchandise or personal property will not be tolerated.
  • Any vendor found stealing from another vendor, attendee, or the event will be immediately removed without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.
  • Please report any suspicious activity to the Next Level Events team immediately.

Buying Claims

  • Buying claims may not be false, deceptive, misleading, or unreasonably vague. Vendors may not use signage or advertising that creates a false or misleading impression about their buying practices.
  • Next Level Events reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any buying claim, advertisement, or promotional material violates this policy and may require its modification or removal.
  • We value transparency, honest business practices, and respect for our attendees' time. We look forward to working with vendors who share these principles.
