1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Next Level Card Show, operating as Next Level Events LV ("Next Level Card Show," "Next Level Events," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of nextlevelcardshows.com (the "Site"), your attendance at our card shows and other events (each, an "Event"), and your participation as a vendor, attendee, or promotion entrant.

By using the Site, purchasing a ticket, submitting a vendor application, entering a giveaway, or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or attend our Events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a vendor application, purchase tickets, or enter a promotion. Attendees under 18 are welcome at our Events but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless we state otherwise for a specific Event. A parent or guardian who brings a minor accepts these Terms on that minor's behalf.

3. Events, Tickets, and Admission

Ticketing. Tickets are sold through third-party ticketing platforms linked from the Site. Your ticket purchase is also governed by that platform's own terms and refund policy, which we do not control.

Admission is a revocable license. A ticket grants a personal, limited, revocable license to attend the Event. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who violates these Terms, our event policies, or applicable law, or who behaves in a manner we reasonably consider unsafe, disruptive, fraudulent, or harassing — without refund.

Schedule changes. Event dates, times, venues, hours, featured guests, exhibitors, vendors, and advertised activities are subject to change or cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to post changes on the Site. Advertised guests and vendors are not guaranteed to appear, and a guest's or vendor's absence is not grounds for a refund.

Search and security. Bags and containers may be subject to inspection by us or venue security as a condition of entry.

Photography and recording. By entering an Event, you grant us and our designees an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to photograph, film, and record you, and to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation. If you do not consent, do not attend.

4. Vendor Applications, Tables, and Payment

The Vendor Handbook applies. Our Vendor Handbook sets out the complete rules for selling at a Next Level Card Show — pricing, reservations and refunds, booth guidelines, merchandise, Nevada tax reporting, load-in and load-out, and vendor conduct. The Vendor Handbook is incorporated into these Terms by reference and applies to every vendor. Where the Vendor Handbook gives more detail than this Section 4, the Handbook controls.

Applications are not acceptances. Submitting a vendor application through the Site is an offer to participate. It does not reserve a table and creates no agreement until we review and approve your application, issue your invoice and booth assignment, and receive your payment in full. Space is limited and merchandise categories are subject to approval. We aim to confirm applications within 48 hours.

Table pricing. Each table is one 6-foot vendor table with a black tablecloth provided (tables are 6 feet long and approximately 30 to 36 inches wide). One flat fee covers both selling days.

Standard Table — $200
Wall Table — $220 — preferred wall location
Front End Cap — $240 — premium end-of-aisle location

Prices are per Event and subject to change; the price quoted on your invoice is the price that applies to your reservation.

Payment. Approved vendors are billed by invoice and pay securely by invoice. Table reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the Event are eligible for a refund only if the reserved table(s) can be reassigned to another vendor.
If the table(s) cannot be reassigned, no refund will be issued.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the Event, or for no-shows.
Vendors removed from an Event for violating these Terms or the Vendor Handbook forfeit their table fee in full.

Booth assignments. We assign booth locations at our sole discretion, and assignments are provided at vendor check-in when you arrive. Requests are not guaranteed. Tables may not be subleased, transferred, or shared without our prior approval.

Show hours, setup, and teardown. Vendors load in Friday evening and sell Saturday and Sunday. Vendors are expected to remain open during published show hours. Early breakdown is not permitted without our prior approval. Booths must remain within your assigned space, vendor tables may not be moved or rearranged, and all setups must comply with venue and Fire Marshal requirements. You are responsible for removing all trash, boxes, packing materials, and personal property at the end of the Event and leaving your space in the condition you received it.

Merchandise. All merchandise categories must be approved by us during registration, and you may not significantly change your approved categories without our prior approval. Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or otherwise prohibited merchandise is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse, prohibit, or require the removal of any merchandise, display, promotion, or activity that is inconsistent with the quality, character, safety, or objectives of the Event.

Nevada One-Time Event Tax. Every vendor is required to complete the Nevada Department of Taxation One-Time Event Tax Form for each Event. Vendors with a Nevada Sales Tax Permit must enter their SUN Number; vendors without a Nevada SUN Number (including out-of-state vendors) must use their Social Security Number as instructed on the form. Out-of-state business licenses or sales tax permits do not replace Nevada's reporting requirements. Completed forms must be submitted to the Event Management Team at the Admissions Desk before leaving the Event. You remain solely responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes on your sales.

Insurance. Vendors are required to carry appropriate insurance for their business and merchandise. Next Level Events is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendors' merchandise, displays, equipment, or personal property.

Your other responsibilities as a vendor. You are solely responsible for: any required business licenses, seller's permits, and local or state registrations; the authenticity, legality, condition, description, grading claims, and pricing of every item you offer; the conduct of your staff, helpers, and guests, and the supervision of any children accompanying you; any damage you or your representatives cause to the venue or its property; and all transactions with buyers, including your own return and dispute policies.

We are not a party to your sales. Next Level Events provides table space and promotion only. We are not a broker, dealer, authenticator, grader, appraiser, escrow agent, or party to any transaction between vendors and buyers, and we make no representation about any item sold at an Event.

Enforcement. Failure to comply with these Terms or the Vendor Handbook may result in removal from the Event without refund and may affect eligibility for future Next Level Events. We reserve the right to interpret and enforce all event policies and to make reasonable decisions necessary to ensure a safe, organized, professional, and enjoyable Event for everyone.

5. Giveaways and Promotions

Giveaways, drawings, and similar promotions we run may be governed by separate official rules posted with that promotion. Where those rules conflict with these Terms, the official rules control for that promotion.

Unless the official rules for a specific promotion expressly say otherwise:

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants must be legal U.S. residents, 18 or older, and physically present as required by the rules.
Winners are selected as described in the official rules; our selection and verification decisions are final and binding.
Prizes are awarded as-is, are non-transferable, and have no cash equivalent unless stated. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and a liability/publicity release before a prize is awarded.
Our promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X, or any other platform. Entrants release those platforms in full.
We may modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond our control compromises its integrity.

Vendor promotions. Vendors may not run their own drawings, contests, or promotional attractions at an Event without our prior approval. Flashing or strobe lights, carnival-style games, spinning prize wheels, ball tosses, and similar attractions are not permitted. Music and amplified sound require our prior approval, must remain at a reasonable volume, and may be discontinued if disruptive.

6. Conduct at Events

Next Level Events maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, intimidating, or disruptive behavior. We ask all vendors, attendees, venue staff, security personnel, and our team to treat one another with courtesy, professionalism, and respect throughout load-in, event hours, and load-out.

You agree not to, and not to allow anyone in your party to:

harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against any attendee, vendor, guest, staff member, or venue employee;
bring weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited items as defined by us or the venue;
steal, damage, or tamper with any person's merchandise, display, or property;
block aisles, emergency exits, or fire lanes;
solicit or sell anywhere other than an approved and paid vendor space;
record or livestream for commercial purposes without our prior written permission; or
violate any venue rule, posted event policy, or applicable law.

Theft. Theft or attempted theft of merchandise or personal property will not be tolerated. Anyone found stealing from a vendor, an attendee, or the Event will be immediately removed without refund and may be reported to law enforcement. Please report suspicious activity to the Next Level Events team immediately.

Disputes on site. Any issue, concern, or dispute involving venue staff or another vendor must be brought directly to the Next Level Events team. Do not engage in disputes with venue staff or other vendors.

Violators may be removed without refund and permanently barred from future Events.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release

Attendance at an Event is voluntary. You understand that Events involve inherent risks, including crowds, theft or loss of valuable collectibles and cash, personal injury, property damage, and exposure to communicable illness. You knowingly assume all such risks and release Next Level Card Show, Next Level Events LV, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and venue partners from all claims arising out of those risks, except for claims that cannot be released under Nevada law.

You are solely responsible for the security of your own property. The exhibit hall is secured overnight on Friday and Saturday and a Next Level Events representative remains on-site overnight, and venue security personnel are present during event hours. These measures are provided as a courtesy and are not a guarantee against loss. We accept no bailment, custody, or safekeeping of any card, collectible, cash, display, or equipment brought to an Event, and we are not liable for its theft, loss, or damage.

8. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages.

If you create an account or submit an application, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your credentials. Notify us immediately at info@nextlevelcardshows.com of any unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including the Next Level Card Show and Next Level Events LV names, logos, text, graphics, photography, event branding, and layout — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission, except for brief excerpts used to promote your participation in one of our Events.

Trademarks, card images, and brands belonging to third parties (including sports leagues, card manufacturers, and grading companies) remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no affiliation with or endorsement by them unless expressly stated.

10. Your Submissions

If you submit a vendor application, review, photo, video, testimonial, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for promotional and business purposes. You represent that you own or control the rights to what you submit and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to third-party services, including ticketing platforms, payment processors, mapping services, and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

Venue amenities — including parking, dining, restrooms, ATMs, and Wi-Fi — are provided by the venue, not by us. Venue Wi-Fi is available for approximately $50 per day, per device, subject to venue pricing and availability. Pricing, availability, and terms for all venue services are set by the venue and may change without notice.

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND EVENTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that Event information is complete or current, or that any vendor, item, guest, or attendance level will meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT LEVEL CARD SHOW, NEXT LEVEL EVENTS LV, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOST DATA, OR LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE OF MERCHANDISE OR PROPERTY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR ANY EVENT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR AN EVENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE TICKET OR TABLE AT ISSUE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Next Level Card Show, Next Level Events LV, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and venue partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your attendance or participation at an Event, the items you sell or represent, your violation of these Terms or the Vendor Handbook, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Communications and Marketing

By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages about your application, invoice, tickets, or Event participation. If you opt in to marketing, you may receive promotional emails or text messages from us; message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any text. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or vendor approval.

16. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in holding an Event or performing under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, power or utility failure, epidemic or pandemic, public health orders, government action, labor disputes, venue closure or loss, terrorism, civil unrest, or transportation failure (a "Force Majeure Event"). If a Force Majeure Event causes an Event to be canceled or postponed, we may reschedule the Event and apply your ticket or table fee to the rescheduled date, or issue a credit, at our sole discretion.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@nextlevelcardshows.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

Any dispute not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site or attendance at an Event after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

20. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, the Vendor Handbook, and any Event-specific or promotion-specific rules, are the entire agreement between you and us on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely. Sections 4, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 18, and 20 survive termination.
